Lip Tattoo
I have a Thoroughbred that has a lip tattoo. How can I find his registered name or pedigree information?
I would suggest you contact the Jockey Club. You can go to their website at jockeyclub.com, they may be able to find your horse's papers and registration if you give them his tattoo number. If they can't, they may at least be able to tell you who can find his papers.
